Worst customer service. Rude behaviour with couriers too. None of their colleagues ever asked me for a phone or a thermal bag in 5 years, i don’t mind bringing it in but the girl making my order had racist behaviour towards me. She asked for the phone first as if i was stealing their “5$ food “ then she bugged me for the thermal bag. Pathetic behaviour, at least know how to great the customer coz it wasn’t even busy, it was all empty. I can imagine how she would’ve behaved if i were to order something for myself. Racist!!!!!

The store has a policy to clean and lock the bathrooms at 8pm when they close at 10. I'm sorry but the bathrooms should be open until the store closes!! The employees said the reason they do this is so the crackheads don't come in and OD! What?? If you serve food your bathrooms should be available to wash your hands and use the bathroom. I have asked them to open the door at 9 and they did finally let me in and guess what...the bathroom wasn't even cleaned!! Someone should do something to change the stores policy!!

Great food as always from Timmies. Drive-thru can get pretty busy but counter service is more often than not quick with minimal line upParking: Shared with a Burger King but most people use drive-thru so you’re likely to find a spot open and there is a few wheel chair accessible spots and ramps to the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: there is a few wheel chair accessible spots and ramps to the entrance.

I often get a coffee lid that smells like a dirty armpit. Regardless of religion, people working in FOOD SERVICE should be required to shower frequently enough to not smell like B-O.Also probably not a good idea to scratch you dam armpit then touch someone's lid.
