My partner is a student at a school nearby and usually picks up a coffee almost every morning. However, she has encountered multiple instances where the drive-thru staff have told her that they can't make decaf coffee and that they’ve never offered it. Just the previous day, she ordered it without any issues, leaving her confused about what's really happening with her drink. She has health concerns that require her to avoid caffeine, as it can trigger symptoms or interfere with her medication. Having worked in the same industry myself, I understand that supply issues and equipment failures can occur, but this situation feels manipulative. It seems like they just don’t want to make decaf coff...

When I raised these issues with the managers on duty, they reacted with laughter and did not take my concerns seriously. Furthermore, when I asked for the manager's contact information to further address these problems, I was given a false email address, making it impossible for me to escalate my concerns. As someone with experience in restaurant management, I find this behavior completely unacceptable and indicative of poor training and work ethics at this location. I'm very concerned about the standards being upheld here and will be reporting my experience to the head office, as well as leaving a review on the Better Business Bureau.

On June 3rd at 7:43 PM, I placed an online order for pick-up at this restaurant using the Tim Hortons app. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there wasn't enough cheese for my grilled cheese and turkey melt. The staff suggested I cancel the order, but told me that I could only do that through the app. I attempted to request a refund via the app, but the support agent informed me that I needed to return to the store in person to get a refund from the manager. Now, three days later, I’m still feeling frustrated and confused about how to retrieve my money. Overall, this has been a deeply disappointing experience.

I visit this restaurant often, but I recently had a troubling experience when I saw a mouse during the day. This raises significant doubts about the cleanliness standards at this location. The restaurant is frequently understaffed, the surroundings feel unclean, and I encountered long wait times. Additionally, I noticed flies on the food. Overall, my experience was quite disheartening. I even shared my concerns with the district manager while I was there, but he appeared to be completely indifferent. The staff clearly lacks the skills to prepare food properly. I ordered a grilled cheese melt, and for the price, I expected a generous amount of shredded cheese on top. Having previously worked at Tim Hortons, I am familiar with the standards. However, there was only a small amount of cheese, and most of it was stuck to the paper because it wasn't grilled correctly.

The restaurant is extremely clean, and the staff are very friendly. There's ample dining space, making it a convenient stop for truckers. The side road provides easy parking, although it's not suitable for camping. You can easily make a U-turn at the end of the road to continue on your journey.

During my last two visits, I had an average wait time of just over 18 minutes for my order. On my second visit, I was so disappointed that I decided to leave without it. It's no wonder that Tim's ratings are declining.

I feel that 98% of the staff are primarily focused on rushing customers out the door, showing little concern for the quality of the food or service. Unfortunately, I found raw bacon on my sandwich not once, but twice. Book a table now
