Today, I experienced a lot of tension at Tim Hortons. I felt sorry for both the customers and the staff and I really wanted to say something, but I was worried it might make the situation worse. There was a mix-up with an order and a driver had to wait for 4 minutes. The person in charge, who I assume was the boss, raised their voice and seemed frustrated. They asked the driver to confirm the order and said they had already made a certain item. The boss then continued to prepare the food while still speaking loudly to the staff. Went on 2 occasions. 1 time, only drive though only.Did not attempt as I prefer to be able to see the selection. Second time, was during rush hour, 5:30 pm, staff inside, doors locked again, drive thru close. I could see products in the display cases, but the staff were busy talking to each other and would not unlock the door. Never stopping by again.
The store front is closed, drive through only. I find this really unacceptable that you no longer have access to washrooms when you want to sit and have a coffee (in your car because you can’t sit at a table! . Tim Hortons quality in general has gone down hill from their products, to their service and accessibility.
I wanted to stop here so I could get a coffee and use the bathroom. imagine my surprise that they are the only time that I have seen all year round to be completely closed with only the drive through open. a star to waste my time. Book a table now
Best Tim around. All others (Beloeil/St-Hilaire) are all a joke and have very little items available. This Tim has what you want, even later at night. They prepare well the doghnuts and prepare fresh food.
This restaurant is extremely slow with horrible staff management. Orders are consistently filled out wrong and there were over 12 people waiting for coffee at 1:30pm. The employees need better training.
There is a problem when you see 10 cars waiting, 3 customers inside looking desperate, and only one employee leaning on the counter while another is just standing around. Please provide assistance!
