Saying at the microphone of the car service that you are sick of customers to your colleague because you have difficulty punching the order is quite ordinary. Ye 5:30 a.m. on a Saturday, breathe some days worse than others. Make me say it again at the counter and more because I tell you that we hear you talking about it back, seriously? Find something else customer service is clearly not for you
The restaurant was extremely unclean with overflowing trash bins. The employees did not use gloves when handling food and the glove box was placed directly on the counter. Despite there being six employees, service was incredibly slow. The only positive aspect was that they were out of syrup for my refresher and offered an alternative. However, I would not be returning to this restaurant.
When you request a box of 50 assorted Timbits and the staff member doesn't hesitate to mix them up, giving you 25 chocolates and 25 cinnamon ones, it's a delightful surprise. A message to the person responding to this review: show genuine care for the service by providing a personalized response rather than copying and pasting. Putting a sign takes two seconds when the machine is not working, very complicated simple command! I always order a small dark coffee two two and a small iced cappuccino with an espresso shot, not complicated and yet there is always something wrong. Not strong !
It's been several times that I go to se tim but for some time they know more how to make a French vanilla. I end up with a glass of hot water instead of a real vanilla. The glass of water is getting expensive
