This Tim Hortons is an outstanding spot located within a convenient shopping center on the northeast side of Lethbridge, which also features a Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, PetValu, and a dollar store, among others. While I haven't visited the interior of this location, the drive-thru is easily accessible, making it perfect for a quick stop after shopping. It typically isn't very busy outside of the morning rush.

Messed up orders and poorly prepared food EVERY time. Drive-thru workers dont even talk to you, just pass food through window and get frustrated when you dont take it immediately. Go to a different location where they actually care.
The workers are always cranky and moody there's definitely something wrong with the atmosphere and most workers were on their phones while working which is highly Book a table now
Don't usually have issues with my orders, customer service is always lacking. No smiles, no greetings, just get in and get out kind of attitudes.
Had a delicious sausage And egg wrap plus a nice hot coffee this visit. Was quite happy I visited . Highly recommend
It seems that by 6 PM, they often lack options and aren't willing to accommodate requests.
