Worst location ever can deal with . I just had chicken noodle soup with regular lemonade . I can't say more for the soup . There is nothing they just filled with water. No noodle no even one piece chicken. The lady gave me lemonade then forgot me waiting in the car until other guy came in asked in french what are you waiting for ? I said my soup he found it on a side . I wished if I could check it before took it . It's just coloured water with flavour. Must change the name and drop chicken.Lemonade is something else rather than calling it lemonade.i added it just after the ice melted
If i could put less than a star i would, i waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes just to be told the staff had forgotten about me??? Then i place my order, a bacon wrap with crispy chicken , just to find it's all ripped as if they barely put any effort in preparing it, there was little to no sauce, the chicken was grilled and not crispy i dont think I'll be going back there anytime soon
The service at this restaurant, especially at night, is terrible. I have a video of three people who are completely incompetent. I have been a Tim Hortons customer for the past 15 years, but I have never experienced such a lack of service where they don't even take the client's order for 10 minutes.
Very impolite and rude manager and stuff. They are so unprofessional and after 3 times could not prepare the correct command for us. They were not sorry and at the end one of them threw away my order in front of me. Usually I’m not fan of Tim Horton because they are soooo impolite Book a table now
