Today is the last day I will be going to this location. Minimum wage workers don’t care which is expected but neither does management. Absolute embarrassment of a restaurant. Rewards scanner hasn’t worked for 7 months because managers don’t care. Today I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew which is $4, mind you i included photos of what it shows on website and what I got, which was a sad excuse for an iced coffee with a shot of pumpkin spice which WASNT EVEN MIXED. Sad and pathetic joke, staff, restaurant and management are all embarrassing. Don’t waste your money and go to starbucks down the road where they actually give you what you order.

I frequent many Tim Hortons every day all over Ontario. This location in Orillia is the filthiest you will find. The doors are disgusting, the bathrooms are hideous, garbage spilling out all over, flies everywhere...it's shocking to me that anyone would walk in there and still proceed to order anything for consumption. I did notice they had a sign up saying they are hiring so one could cut them some slack if they are short but there had to be at least 10 people working and clearly 0/10 were concerned with the state of the place. Avoid if you can. There are many other options in close proximity that are a safer bet.

Staff were socializing can definitely tell it was a bunch of teenagers working today and not one adult. Waited over 20min in line because only 1 employee was working front counter while the rest stood around and watched the employee on front counter do everything solo. Staff need to pay attention to customers rather than communicating with one another over outside drama
