I visit many Tim Hortons locations across Ontario on a daily basis, but this one in Orillia is by far the dirtiest I've encountered. The doors are filthy, the bathrooms are appalling, and there’s garbage overflowing everywhere—with flies buzzing around. It's astonishing to think that anyone would choose to walk in and order food or drinks here. I did notice a hiring sign, so I can understand if they were short-staffed, but there were at least 10 employees present, and none seemed concerned about the state of the restaurant. I would recommend avoiding this location if possible; there are plenty of nearby alternatives that are much cleaner and safer to enjoy.

Today is the last day I will be going to this location. Minimum wage workers don’t care which is expected but neither does management. Absolute embarrassment of a restaurant. Rewards scanner hasn’t worked for 7 months because managers don’t care. Today I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew which is $4, mind you i included photos of what it shows on website and what I got, which was a sad excuse for an iced coffee with a shot of pumpkin spice which WASNT EVEN MIXED. Sad and pathetic joke, staff, restaurant and management are all embarrassing. Don’t waste your money and go to starbucks down the road where they actually give you what you order.

The cashier was quite unfriendly. She slammed my coffee down on the counter, causing it to spill over the lid. Additionally, she gave my friend the wrong order. He felt too intimidated by her demeanor to speak up. He had ordered and paid for an iced cappuccino but ended up with an iced coffee that was completely separated, with all the syrup sitting at the bottom. I hope your day improves, though!

Staff were socializing can definitely tell it was a bunch of teenagers working today and not one adult. Waited over 20min in line because only 1 employee was working front counter while the rest stood around and watched the employee on front counter do everything solo. Staff need to pay attention to customers rather than communicating with one another over outside drama Book a table now

Useless workers couldn't stop talking to help the girl on counter even though the drive thru was dead no team I that wo t be back to this Tom hortons ever

Ordered iced coffee with extra cream and base it so badddd tasted so bitter , and ordered bowl it was not hot chicken was not fresh !!!

Too many big orders go thru drive thru. They should go inside instead.
