I visited the restaurant today, and they didn't understand what a bacon farmers biscuit was. They kept insisting it was a bacon on a bagel. Then, I was instructed to park in the back for my order. After waiting 20 minutes without any updates, I decided to go inside and discovered they hadn't started making my food yet. When I asked for a refund, they were reluctant but eventually agreed to begin preparing my order. It took about 5 minutes to get my money back, but they could only process a cash refund. Overall, the service was terrible, and to top it off, someone dinged my car door when I got out. What a frustrating experience!
Wow... Gas station Tim's are not usually the greatest, but this one is horrible. The coffee doesn't taste fresh. Tim Hortons app does not work here and no signage is up so you only find out after waiting in line. The girl overcharged me for the NHL cards (1.99 instead of 0.99 as it should be with a coffee purchase) and it took WAY too much effort to explain anything to her so I didn't bother correcting.
I've been to this location a few times and they cannot make a cream cheese bagel. They've added butter or given different flavored cream cheese, when I've asked them to remake it they make it a last priority so you have to wait a long time for your food.
Rude lady manager doesn’t know to speak politely to a customer. She spoke in the same manner as she does to the other employees. She doesn’t know to handle a situation and doesn’t know the offers in the APP. Book a table now
I ordered a farmers SAUSAGE on a biscuit, with extra chipotle but this is the SECOND time they gave me bacon instead of sausage. I don't even understand how they can mix that up.
The person at the front handling the cash was wearing gloves, but then used the same gloves to prepare food. That’s really unappetizing.
They closed an hour earlier then they should have so be careful going late it might be closed sooner than you think
I wouldn't recommend this Tim's location; the coffee tastes watered down and isn't enjoyable at all. Book a table now
