I visited this location and ordered a breakfast sandwich with an English muffin and sausage. Unfortunately, the muffin wasn't toasted and looked quite unappealing. It also wasn't cut properly. Additionally, they added some kind of sauce that I wasn't expecting. I've been to this location many times before and have never had any issues with the quality of the food, so this experience was disappointing.
It's pointless to use the mobile ordering system here because they don't start preparing your order until you ask about it. This has happened nearly every time I've ordered. This issue needs to be addressed, especially since there have been times when there's no line and my drink is still not ready when I arrive. Thank you.
