Tim Hortons - Table reservation

Yesterday went and got a farmers sandwich, they did not put the hash brown or chipotle sauce on it. Didn’t have time to go back. Today ordered 2 simply sausages on English muffins, and a farmers sandwich on a biscuit and asked while ordering “this is the sandwich with the hash brown and chipotle sauce” the girl rudely said “uh yes??” my sandwich did not have chipotle sauce or cheese. The farmers sandwich got messed up 2 days in a row even when I made sure to ask the correct toppings would be on it and the 2 simply sausages got put on biscuits.. giving up hope on Tim Hortons, they can’t ever make my coffee right why did I think they could make a breakfast sandwich right ?

I waited over 10 minutes for a hash brown while my bacon sandwich was getting cold waiting too. Staff laughed about me having to wait thst long because I was angry. When I finally got my hash brown I get to work just to discover my sandwich has sausage and not bacon. Absolutely no customer service and what kind of staff laughs at a customer because they are angry. I was late for work by the time my order was finally complete albeit wrong. This location has the worst staff and I will not be returning ever.

Popped in while trying to figure out how to cash in my Rewards card. The Cashier got the manager who was absolutely awesome. Her level of customer service felt more like a fine dine restaurant than a Timmy's.Thanks

They didn’t have two of the things I ordered and there was eggshell in my sandwich. There is a much better location up the street.

Wish they were open longer when I go to hockey I never know when they will be open or not
