I've always had faith in Tim Hortons, and they usually deliver on their promises. The food consistently meets my expectations, but honestly, the coffee has taken a downturn. Since they switched suppliers, the quality of their coffee has declined a bit. Thankfully, McDonald's ended up with their previous supplier. Overall, Tim Hortons still offers great food, though.
Used the drive through today's experience was great friendly helpful and fast sadly in the past it was very poor but if the service continues like today I will definitely return
I went there at 0615hrs daily in the first quarter of 2018. Fast service. Orders are precise. Lots of room to sit. As with any Timmies, the menu is saturated in sugar.

The interior was not clean; the floor was dirty, and the trash was overflowing. Honestly, for the price of the donuts, I would expect a little more care.
I love it here. Very nice staff, my best friend and I sit for hours with a coffee and timbits or bagels and we are never bothered.
