I just went through the drive-thru to get my iced coffee remade that I got yesterday and couldn't drink because of how gross it was. I got it at tim hortons on Cassells but went to this tims because I wanted it made right since the other tims has been making bad coffee all week. The speaker person said that was fine then I got to the window and a manager looking lady with eyeliner would not let me have the iced coffee that I waited in line for because mine did not have ice in it (it had 2 ice cubes when I got it yesterday) and was from a different tims. She told me this in a rude tone and then closed the window on me. She then proceeded to charge me for the iced coffee if I wanted it. I woul...
I worked for tim hortons back in the 1990s and how everything changed with the load. I remember when the baker did the donuts. the times have changed, even the coffee tastes different. I always drank. Now I can only discard one, either they do not make my coffee right by putting in it when I say twice no milk please. And let this lection for those who go through the running gear, it does not play any roles they choose to go in the filial or running gear thru the times are the same.
This is the slowest store! Shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes in a drive thru. Can't even come here on a break from work because I'll be late getting back to work. Very disappointing. Update: since when does Tim's not do breakfast after 6pm, as this is what I was told at this location? Do a Google search and this is what you will find: Breakfast Anytime, Any Tims! Tim Hortons Canada makes breakfast items available for guests any time. Hmm?
Just went through drive thru for 2 med dds. Received the first one, while waiting 3 min for the second we observed 2 girls and one guy standing around chatting instead of serving customers. Not impressed...
