I rarely have used this drive thru or gone to this Tim Hortons location, but I was in the area in the plaza on Tuesday March 22 in the morning. I ordered ONE coffee and ONE bagel afterwards and the lady said when I finished ordering, to please order my food first so they can start making it. I was really taken back, I have NEVER had a comment like that made to me. Sometimes a person thinks of something after they order their coffee or beverage. A customer should not ever be made to feel bad about ordering in an order that the workers don’t like, especially when ordering a simple bagel with cheese and butter; not like I ordered a few complicated sandwiches, even then. Probably will think twic...
Both times I’ve been here it’s horrible customer service. They never greet you so say bye or have a nice day or anything. Ordered 10 Timbits, paid for 10 and got 8 and the coffee is not even hot, It’s warm. Don’t waste your money here
if they want to wait 15 minutes in a drive through while the server explains whatever they try to explain the driver before me, then they go on and come here. worst experience of driving through a coffee. never come back here
there are few tim hortons, where you can easily be cheated. while placing their order, the menu does not show the amount of their order. second overload and some time incorrect change returned. this place is one of them.
