I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time. They can 't get anything right ever. The people working have 0 customer service skills. Cant tell who is management and who isn 't. The employees l. Ordered an ice coffee they gave me an ice capp. When I said it was wrong they took the ice capp back gave me the ice coffee but charged me the ice capp. When I said that to the ride guy working a Saturday morning I was told its the same price no its not. Overall horrible place and they should be all re trained!. Today was no different. Over cooked eggs. Ice coffee tastes like sugar and milk. They just don 't care!
today I went with my man to eat breakfast in tim hortons in pierrefonds, ecke boul des quellen. the place is a complete catastrophe! buttons for handicap gates do not work, all tables slaughtered with food residues, used serviettes, empty bags, etc. the seats, in visible leather, torn and show the padding. dirty and sticky floor. yet the service is good enough. it is a pity that the prestigious name of tim hortons deteriorates so from a place that has no maintenance. it really does not provoke, eat surrounded by so much waste and dirt. big!
Worst tim hortons ever always mess up my order like today I ordered a ice cap they gave me a black coffe and I also ordered a bagel blingo they gave me a egg bacon cheese sandwich I don’t even eat pork and to add on to that they told me to give them the pork sandwich I had already threw it cuz the smell made me gag?
I've tried their caramel ice cappuccinos at numerous locations, but the one I had today at their Source/Pierrefonds location was by far the best I've ever tasted. It exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning regularly!

Worst customer service ever. Employees and managers don't even speak proper French to serve clients... I am in Québec I want to be serve in French. Not asking employees to write a PhD in French but come on just the basic.. it's a shame..
The staff were rude and quite arrogant. They made a mistake and blamed it on me, and when they realized their error, they didn’t even offer an apology. The service was very slow and it was overall a disappointing experience.
EXCELLENT customer service here! Everyone is always so courteous, friendly and polite. It doesn't hurt that the service is also speedy, whether it's at the drive thru or take-away inside ??
useful, never gives a correct order when they ask the personal to fix the order, and they are so arrogant and makes faces
