When the power went out in Port Carling on July 8 we went to Tim's for coffee and breakfast. We ate inside which is lovely. But, the bacon egg muffins were dry, cold, tasteless and the egg was rubbery. They were very busy as usual so they didn't take the proper time to fully warm the english muffin or cook the bacon enough. It was certainly not worth the money and was not enjoyable. But, Mike the Manager was very friendly, professional, and helped us check out what time the power being returned was expected to be.
I stopped in to this Tim Horton location as I was getting ready to head back from Bracebridge the other day as I wanted a coffee for the drive. This is a great little place that looks a bit different from most other locations I go to, the décor is somewhat unique. What isn't unique is the great coffee and service and these guys have a grip on that.
This is, hands down, the most efficient drive through in town. If I might add, the staff are also personable and friendly. I like the way they literally jam 2-3 folks near the window, and everything just ends up working faster ! Enjoy !!
Poor service ... Very unprofessional. Over charged for the wrong order and not even a an apology.... let's just say they threw $20 worth of food in the garbage because I was not paying for sub standard service with my hard earned money! Book a table now
The building is nicely done. Good fit for the town. Like most franchises, this location can be busy, but the wait is not bad. Well maintained. Good food and fast friendly service. Always enjoy chatting with Louis!
Has a drive through, which I appreciate, as inside the lines are always very long and service is slow. Located in a great spot, right by the important stores, off the highway.
They need more staff in the AM. We were staying in Bracebridge for a hockey tournament and wanted some coffee before early games and had to wait way too long.
It is well placed in a well-groomed lot,so natural, and lots of formal gardens. They have made a reall effort to give their guests that wooden background!! Book a table now
