Well, Tim Hortons is always the same. What sets this one apart from many, is the staff I encountered this morning. I don’t come through here very often, but when I do, I love the positive attitude and friendliness of the folks that work there. Today, there was a lineup out the door when I arrived. That team knocked that lineup down in no time. What a stellar stop this morning!
This tim Hortons really needs to train their new staff before putting them on the front line and saying here u go figure it out, , pretty bad when your server has to ask how to close up a timbit box or how to work the machine just to put milk and sugar in the cup, but worse when their looking around to ask someone how to do
I go to this Tim's everday, for the Same thing. Coffee large 2 milk one sugar. Why can they not get this straight. Today I got ex-large 2 milk 1 sugar. . The girl says to me "is this o.k." ! This is not what I had ordered. Get it right Tim's. I''ll be changing pkaces. Come on.
Staff were less than friendly. Basically plunked our food onto counter. Tables were dirty and needed cleaning yet staff were standing around.Add in a wasp was in the donut display and when pointed out to employee she shrugged her shoulders. Book a table now
Do not request cream cheese at this restaurant, and definitely do not pay extra for it because you will receive none. The toasted plain bagels, which cost an additional $2, taste terrible. Additionally, you cannot get a refund.
Horrible inexperience staff talking each other in their language while other staff looks visibly frustrated. They even fxxed up hash
friendly staff who took time to answer a couple of quick touristy questions about Paris. Fast service. Clean washrooms!
The only downside to this restaurant is that it does not have a drive-thru, but the staff is wonderful! Book a table now
This restaurant is fairly typical for this chain. It could be worth giving 3.5 out of 5 stars.
