This must be the worst Tim Hortons location. I have stopped here many times and each time I swear I will never go back. There is always a long line inside, (more so than normal in a Tim Hortons) and the drive thru takes forever. Today I opted for the drive thru and with 5 cars in front of me it took 20 minutes! I've used the washroom here twice; never again. I suggest you go to Canadian Tire up the road for a cleaner option. I'm not sure if it's understaffed, poorly run, or something else but this place needs a restaurant make over. Seriously, did I just write a bad review of a Tim Hortons!?
It was 3 PM on a Friday and there was a lineup of at least 10 people waiting in line to order inside the restaurant and only 1 cash open and 2 people working the counter. The only other employees I saw were 2 working the drive thru at the back. It took much longer than the usual at a Tim Horton's and I think it was due to a lack of staff - maybe some on break or whatever. I have never seen so few people working at a Tim Horton's.That said I still enjoyed the coffee and snack despite the wait.
What can I saw about Tim Horton's that hasn't already been said in countless reviews. The coffee and treats at this location are very good. Service was fast and friendly even though it was quite busy when I stopped in and the restaurant was clean. The further north I go the more spread apart the Tim's locations seem to be but this one covers Gravenhurst close to Highway 11. Stop in is you need a coffee.
What else can I say about Tim's. Always fast always friendly and they get our order right although it's usually pretty tricky. Remember the napkins with sandwiches ( and cut the sandwich) and don't please don't put my chocolate dipped doughnut in a bag and all will be great. :) Perfect location for when arriving or leaving cottage country. This store was extremely busy when we arrived. However, they moved everyone through quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. We had a large order but was handled very well. Thanks to all. Great teamwork!
I am a coffee addict stayed in hotel not far away. Loved my timmies coffee in the morning. Hot coffee and great customer service skills. Never a fail when tired a good hot cup of coffee thank you
BEST place around, Employees are friendly they are fast, they go out of your way to make you feel at home. They make sure your order is right the first time.

When I travel I have to have my Timmy's. Convenient location near the Welcome To Gravenhurst sign. Fast service and as always outstanding coffee.
