Tim Hortons - Table reservation

I have been a customer at this restaurant since they first opened, but lately there seems to be a lack of quality control. I have ordered the same dish five days in a row and each time it has been prepared in a different way. It appears that there are no set standards in place. It is disappointing to see the lack of consistency and disregard for the customer experience. I will give them one more week to hopefully improve before considering trying a new place. It seems like Tim Hortons has given up on providing good service and quality.

Awful experience at this restaurant. The short girl who took my order seemed fine, but then a tall man towering over me made me feel uncomfortable. Even with his mask on, I could tell he was staring at me in shock. He even had the nerve to ask for my order again before I drove off. As I left, I saw him sitting on the windowsill. I must have been a terrible customer, but all I ordered was 3 dozen donuts and 6 lattes, which were all stale and cold.

coffee was in order I ordered a big coffee with a shot of the pumpkin flavor prices were reasonable better than dieucks maybe the next visit I will try some new

great service while driving through! the person at the window was very friendly and positiw. he had a wonderful attitude and smiles will come back:

avoid the tim hortons. they can count that they forget to put all their food in the bag on a fairly consistent basis.
