You can tell the staff three times to order one coffee and one cake and you will still get a different coffee. I read other comments and see that I'm not the only one who has such a bad opinion about this place. Let the owner stop sending dissatisfied customers to the TH service office and let him tidy up his bar himself. Copying and pasting the same answer to everyone is a sign of disrespect. You will see that in the nearby parking lot you will see cars with large banners about your quality. If you can't run a business, go back to your home!
I came a few days ago by the drive-through, the lady operating the microphone was very, very rude. I asked the lady by the window what her name was, it was Tanisha? I tried to talk to the manager, and she did not let her co-workers call the manager over, telling me she was the manager. And just kept arguing with me over the sandwich which she doesn't want to fix the order. Very disrespectful and horrible.
They are always so confused when going there to pick up an order done via tims app and you don’t find out whats not available until you get to the speaker after waiting a ton of time in drive thru leading up to it
Awful service. Stood at the front of the line while the staff served random customers as they saw fit. Can't wait til robots take over their jobs.
