I ordered a cheeseburger and fries for myself, which was incredibly satisfying and delicious. There was no greasy residue, and the food practically melted in my mouth. My only complaint is that I wanted more! The delivery was very prompt, as usual, and they were right on time when they said it would take 30 to 40 minutes. It's a great spot with skilled chefs and friendly staff, a perfect place for a classic meal.
Called into the Restaurant for some lunch and was very pleasantly surprised at the excellent food. I can definitely recommend the Ulster Fry it was cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and very friendly customers using the Restaurant I will be definitely been back the next time I am in Newtownards. Excellent food keep up the good work.
I ordered a piece of cod and was disappointed to find that it was mostly batter, making up at least 50% of the dish. I don't think I will be coming back to this restaurant. It's unfortunate that I didn't complain while still there, as there is not much point in doing so once you are already home.
Been going to Tims for a while now and could not find fault in anything food staff premises. Normally get a carryout but would sit in on the occasion, Tim and his wife are always very friendly and always time to have a banter, the rest for the staff are very pleasant and always willing to help. great food, great portions, lovely staff, very clean. it's owned and run by a husband and wife team and they take hygiene, customer service and good food very seriously but they are also great fun, the wait and counter staff are lovely and it's just a generally nice place for a spot of dinner.
This chippy is excellent. The portions are really generous and the fish supper with a free pastie is a great value and delicious meal. The staff are lovely, especially the girls working in the sit-in area. It's a great spot for lunch.
Tim's is excellent, and the food offered in this chippy never fails to impress. Both sitting in and take out options are exemplary and I highly recommend you give them a visit.
