As always, the menu items ordered were consistent in quality with past experiences. The wait staff were lots of fun, and when I wondered about a specific wine, the waiter brought a generous taste. I was glad he did, as the wine wasn't as great as the other wines I'd had from that winery. The noise level was fine until a family with three children under 6 came in. We were eating an early dinner, so I don't have a problem with the restaurant, but the parents had no empathy for fellow diners.
The longetivity of Tin Roof in Manhattan Beach is a testament to their consistency in regards to the quality of the food and service. I’ve never dined here without being completely satisfied in all aspects. Owned by a local family that supports the community and the schools will always get my business. Amazing steak frites, lasagna, and the most ridiculously delicious Brussels sprouts you can imagine. A reasonable and quality wine list and awesome cocktails.
I had requested outdoor seating but for some reason they didn’t have it down. My friends arrived 15 min before me and were told it would be a half hr wait. I arrived on time and showed the host/mgr? my confirmed reservation showing “outdoor seating for 6 people”. Within 10 min we got seated outside. So thank you for accommodating us.
The Tin Roof Bistro is a quaint place on the outer rim of the Manhattan Beach Mall. Parking can be somewhat challenging depending on time of day. The waiting line for those who have made reservations can be quite long also. Overall the wait is worth it, I’ve never been disappointed TRB has always delivered on quality and service. Sunday family dinner. we had a reservation and the table was ready in time. our server was attentive, personal and excellent! the drinks were delicious and the food was excellent. we often dinate here because the service and food quality is always excellent.
Service was fantastic! Our waiter was attentive and checked in on us frequently. Appetizers and entrees were delicious! Definitely recommend the brussels sprouts and the scallops! Cocktails were also wonderful.
Great food and love the ambience of the patio. Service was efficient and allowed us to get to our event easily.
