We could not have had a better experience than we did at Tito 's yesterday. It was around 7pm on St. Patrick 's day. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived-due to the Irish celebrations going on everywhere. We offered to take our order to go, since we saw that there was no reason they shouldn 't close early.However, the bartender, Allison, was spectacular! She said she was glad to have us there and insisted that we relax and enjoy our dinner. She promptly brought out the chips and salsa. (We have always loved Tito 's homemade salsa! Salsa tasted like it has been sitting for days. I got the chicken tacos which look/tasted like it was out of a can (not grilled in any way). Zero flavor on the chicken. The Queso was also terrible, which was reminiscent of a cheap knockoff Frito lays cheese dip. Do not recommend. Would recommend Bar Rescue though.
They need to update their hours. We came in yesterday to have a couple drinks and order dinner to go and the barstools were upside down on the bar at freaking 8:05pm on a Friday. I know everything in Middletown closes early but c'mon y'all let's be serious, why even have a bar? Sell it to someone who'll use it!
Salsa tastes like it’s from a can. The queso was disgusting. I ordered steak tacos and they were below subpar, dry and just not good. My waitress, however, was very attentive and honest.SIDE NOTE. The drinks were FIRE!

Food is good, but don’t sit at the bar, the bartender will ask you to move when her friends show up. And then call you rude when you ask questions. Kind of ruined a good meal.
The salsa used to be quite disappointing, but now it's excellent—likely the best on the island. The service is quick and the prices are reasonable.
