Their prices are good, but the quality of food, esp. meat, is not. Their chicken shawarma, for example, was overcooked and doesn’t really taste like shawarma and wasn’t that juicy. Their location is good, but doesn’t have its own parking lot. So make sure you go early in order to have time to find a parking spot. Also, there were hardly three people working when I was there two days ago, you need more people. Most importantly, why would you choose the Cross as your brand? I don’t find this comfortable!
I tried the chicken shawarma there, and I’m sorry to say that it was disappointing and heavy. I had ordered two sandwiches but couldn’t continue eating past the first half. Maybe it was a combination of too much oil and the ingredients not being the freshest that day. 3/10
Food tasted good. Both sons had burgers, one came with one large thicker patty, the other came with two thin patties even though the order was two of the same burger. Weird. My lamb/beet gyro tasted great yet the meat was tough, a little chewy. We’d go back again.
Amazing food at a great value. Helpful and friendly staff made my first visit to dine-in very enjoyable. I will be coming back for take out and dine in more often.
