My review is solely on CLEANLINESS. I had no issue with the food (although it wasn’t like the best) or the waitress which was super sweet with us. I just have to be honest and say that this place was dirty. From the actual restaurant, all the way to the utensils and cups. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to get a refund on an order they never processed. In that time I have called the restaurant 7 times and left my name and number so many times but I haven't received any response, no apology or even a time frame for this refund.At one point I was told to send an email to their manager with my order details. I sent an email on March 6th with screenshots of everything. The food is okay, it's never hot and it lacks flavor. I've had a lot of different foods from here and they all just are lacking even I could make it better. As for the a service I waited half an hour for the food in an empty restaurant there was no one?? The vibe is fine just annoying to wait so long for subpar food.

Terrible customer service. Was not checked on whole meal service. Had to ask different servers for help the whole time. Bland food. Couldnt split my handwritten bill due to our party being of 4. Never coming back.
