I am unable to contact this restaurant by phone, online ordering, or through their app. Despite their advertised hours of operation from 6:30am to late on weekdays and Saturdays, I attempted to call at 12pm on a Saturday afternoon for over an hour with no success. This is not the first time this issue has occurred. Previously, our company ordered from this restaurant frequently, but now we are taking our business elsewhere where they actually answer the phone.
Used to order from here all of the time and loved it, now it us under new ownership and they are trying to cut corners on the food, and the quality is sacraficed. The food you get for the price you pay is very disappointing, and they said they would refund me and never did. Highly disappointing, hopefully they will take on the feedback I gave them!
I popped in here with a craving for a great toasted sandwich and was not let down. I ordered the Poppin' Jalapeno toastie and a strawberry thickshake and it hit the spot perfectly. Was also very happy with the pricing as it's very well priced for a delicious lunch. Service was quick too!
Service is slow for the toasted sandwiches and the quality is poor. And the new addition to the menu has absolutely nothing to do with the toasted I know. The name should be changed to suit the cooking style and they should stop doing the toasted sandwiches. I give it a . Book a table now
During my last visit, the restaurant was a bustling sandwich shop with a lively atmosphere. It has since transformed into an Asian takeaway that may still offer sandwiches, but it's not clear. The staff is friendly, but the changes were unexpected and without notice.
It's out of the way and off the beaten track. That said it's sure worth the effort and parking is plentiful. I even chose the head there for my birthday meal with the family. I prefer to eat there and triple fried chips are off the chart awesome.
Under new management. Is no longer anything to do with what brought this place 5 stars originally. Food is terrible I 'm ill from the 'buttermilk chicken ' (microwaved) and the oil hasn 't been changed in the fryer in weeks. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
I placed an online order, received a confirmation, but when I called 90 minutes later they claimed they had no record of it. When trying to call again, I had trouble communicating with them and they seemed unaware of items on their own menu. Book a table now
I have ordered lunch delivered twice now and both times I have been pleased by the menu choices and the service. Highly recommended for the office crowd for a fun and top quality lunch option.
