I love TOGO’s!! I have a favorite sandwich I get and my special way of having it made! I love the quality and taste of their food! Buttttt this location is very very disappointing!! It’s has not only been once but honestly about 6-8 times I have had issues with this location. In person or for delivery. They are ALWAYS out of things!! I’ve had many orders cancelled because they don’t have what I’m asking for. I love the broccoli cheddar soup but they seem to always have none made and then end up saying they have none in the back. Their drink machine is always out of options and again no refills in the back. I’ve been told as well that the “manager only had the key to the drink machine and the...
Ordered a couple sandwiches one being a Lg 26 turkey ham. Provilone my favorite and until yesterday 6/26/23 never received less than awesome. In fact got same order days before Fantastic as always. BUT this time was not at all enjoyable. Ok I can excuse the wronge bread Dutch crunch instead of sour dough BUT it was so dried out stale I guess thats was why ALL the extra Mayo so much mayo made it slimmy not Edible had to change bread, twice being half was my lunch dinner extra peperoncini means more than 2 whole peppers including the seeds so very disappointed Especially paying 35$ for a couple sandwiches
The place was disgusting. Slow part of the day 4:00. All tables empty and none wiped down. Literally food scraps on every table. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Trash cans overflowing. One restroom out of service the other looked like a gas station bathroom. I don’t leave reviews however doing this one felt necessary. The place was gross.
Whoever was working all by herself at 12:45 made the best togos sandwich I’ve ever had, and that is 30 yrs of #23! Please give her a star and get her some help!
