I've been there for years, as soon as I come to Toulouse, and on my last visit, I was surprised by the evolution of the map (appearance or enhancement of the signature dishes? , the presentation had not changed maybe for more than 10 years, and there's nothing to say. The best sushi I've ever eaten! Original with excellent products: special mention to makis magret and sushi with foie gras. Not to mention the truffle cream. The staff is nice. Small flat, the service is a little long but the wait is really worth it!
