I may be biased because my favorite simple vegan dish is a teriyaki bowl, but this place has a wide variety of fresh veggies to choose from. I always customize my own bowl with lots of veggies and their pineapple mojo teriyaki sauce, which is a little spicy but incredibly delicious. You can also add noodles or rice, or choose to make it an all veggie bowl for an extra $1. I really enjoy dining here and while I haven't tried their sushi, they do offer some veggie options. Although I'm not a fan of tofu, my husband loves their tofu bowl.

I always build my own bowl. with many vegetables and the pineapple mojo teriyaki sauce! It's a little sharp, but so delicious. You can add noodles, or rice, or make it an all veggie bowl for $1. I love this place. I never had her sushi, but they have some veggie sushis. I'm not a tofu person, but my hubby gets her tofu shell and loves it
I really like the Veggie Sushi Rolls (BOGO on Monday) Spring rolls with peanut sauce, tofu shell with rice noodles or rice, vegetables and teriyaki sauce or green dragon sauce!
Good selection of options with selected vegan options. I loved my creative bowl and spring rolls.
