Ate here out of convenience since I was staying at The Mirage. Service was spot on at first, but the food didn’t quite match. My filet was undercooked and parts of it were inedible. It felt like a hassle to mention anything since no one really checked in early during our meal. Towards the end, I think someone above the server level checked our table. I felt like he noticed my steak wasn’t fully consumed, but he wasn’t proactive in saying anything. So, I decided to just let it be. I feel more upscale steakhouses do better when it comes to yielding complete satisfaction from their patrons, as I just felt like this was intentionally overlooked or dismissed to avoid a comp. Food was fantastic, support staff, food runner and SA were great. Server made us feel like we were wasting his time by being there. Suggested that we didnt need dessert, then asked us to close out our check while we still had food in front of us, because he was done with his shift and leaving for the night.
Really enjoyed everything about this meal. From the Parker house rolls to the oysters to the yummy yummy 3 kinds of steak we ordered, it was all great. The desserts were a knockout, especially the lemon meringue and the skillet brownie. Fab service to boot. Highly recommend!
The aged steak was a nice size and good but not Special. The beet and burrata salad was nice. We ordered the crab bisque which was salty and tasted weird. The staff took it off the bill which was nice. We liked the charred octopus.

Excellent shrimp appetizers ! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and delicious. The petite fillet was also cooked perfectly. Our waiters were very attentive and polite. Dessert was perfectt. Thank-you....
We came in after a late flight right before they closed (about 30 minutes before closing) and we were still able to get in and get some delicious steaks and a glass of wine. Enjoyed ourselves and the food.
The employees were rude. We honestly felt wrong being there and felt judged the way they looked at us, the way they talked to us. We felt out of place and NOT WELCOMED BUT THE FOOD WAS
The bone-in ribeye I ordered for $76 was quite disappointing. I would be ashamed to feature something like this on the menu. It definitely doesn't justify the price.
