This review I left 9 months ago with 4 stars. Now it is a one because usually it takes a while to get my food in the drive through but today 9/10/20 I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through window without anyone checking up on me until I honked to get their attention. I don 't think they realized I heard but my food hadn 't even been made. Then they told me sorry it was made wrong and they fixed it . I love their food but I 'll be extremely hesitant on going there again. UPDATE on 5/5/21 now I will give them a 4 once again since I 've either gotten used to the wait time or they 've gotten better. Also my food has not came out burnt black once which is great! And their food is tasting awe...
To begin, the tables were dirty, and the ketchup/napkins and straws were empty. We waited 18 minutes for chicken strips that they let us know would take 6 minutes to cook. When all the other people in the dining room were eating except us, I checked on the order and again was told the chicken takes 6 minutes. When the food arrived, the only hot item was the chicken strips; the remaining items were all cold! Terrible experience!
They have some awesome people that work in the drive-through especially the one blonde girl she is the most awesomeness girl that works in the drive-through every time we go there she’s always so happy and energetic really what makes you wanna come back
