It was still pink inside, ok it tasted alright but no way was it cooked for 7 hours. Two had the Savoyarde something similar to Tartiflette which they know well from their skiing days, it turned out to be a thin flatbread with slices of potato and chunks of barely melted cheese, dry and tasteless.
