I don't understand why the negative reviews, it's a lovely little restaurant, it's quiet and spacious, very clean and organized, I dined in last night with my family and they treat you very nice, the food was good, drinks too, I believe that the restaurant needs a guard at the front because there is no form of protection, it's a little dark, the parking lot needs more lighting, because it is a very secluded restaurant, and there needs to be someone taking care of the cashier so one of the employees won't go back and forth to pick up calls, as for the restroom, it is kept very clean, overall, very good restaurant and good food, I just want better protection for the employees...

Tommy Cheng's in the Route 23 North Kohl's shopping center is our favorite spot for delicious Chinese takeout. Some of our must-try dishes include the mixed soup, egg drop wonton, chicken and broccoli, happy family, sweet and sour chicken, and the house special fried rice. It's a BYO establishment, making it excellent for both dining in and takeout. Plus, there's plenty of convenient parking available.

This is an underrated Chinese joint in Wayne. I suspect it’s not as popular due to its hidden location in the Kohl’s strip mall. Anyway, the food is delicious and much higher quality than takeout Chinese. The lunch specials remain affordable. I always get the chicken w/ garlic sauce or orange chicken. The owner is a nice lady who remembers you if you become a regular (I go here once a week).

The food and service are excellent. It might be a bit more expensive than typical Chinese restaurants, in my view, but the variety is impressive, and based on what I sampled, it’s definitely worth the price. Kid-friendly: They let you customize the spice level for nearly everything on the menu, which is great for kids (or adults) who prefer milder options. Book a table now

As for the food, the wontons were incredibly crispy, and the drunken noodles (a Thai dish) were delicious, especially since they were prepared by a Chinese cook. I can’t help but wonder how the Chinese dishes would compare. If you have the chance, definitely stop by!

Much to our dismay the Mongolian grill is closed down. Upstairs restaurant is in operation. Food was excellent. I had crisp jumbo shrimp in crème honey sauce with crisp walnuts. Daughter had braised duck hunan style.

Have only ordered lunch takeout. Reasonable prices and decent egg rolls. Consistent in serving serviceable and average Chinese food.

Please don’t waste your money. This was our first time eating from Tommy Chengs. The quality and quantity is such a disappointment. Book a table now
