Waited almost minutes for our meal, chased up only to find out that it hadn’t even started to be cooked. We were told human error was to blame, yet we placed our order electronically, so that was confusing. Food eventually came out and was...nice. Overall disappointing experience. If we hadn’t of chased, who know how long we would have waited
I have eaten here repeatedly over the past years and never been disappointed. The choice of seafood is very good and this is an upmarket fish and chips shop with very good service and a well stocked bar. A good sign is that the...restaurant is usually busy, I highly recommend a visit
Ordered takeaway fish packs and was very disappointed. The blue grenadier was not fresh and overcooked and came with no lemon as the pack stated. The chips were not great. The salad was the only good bit but for felt very ripped off....Such a shame as it used to be a good place
Arrived just before kitchen closed, but staff were kind to put our order through. arrived fast. great service. felt welcomed. my Japanese salad was so yummy. Can't wait to go back
