I'm still going to rate a five-star because I know the owner and he's really nice. We came to the Shack an hour ago, a girl with red hair just stood at the front counter in a daze. After all, she took our order, she looked like she didn't want to be there. I order the same when we eat there. I was charged $35 and didn't get what I ordered. The red hair girl didn't even listen to me. We checked our food and it was wrong. Yes, it was corrected when we wait for the chicken we didn't get, we could hear other employees who say these people have to leave. That's so rude. If it wasn't for customers, you wouldn't get a check.
I'll be at lunch every couple of weeks. Recently worked and moved to Winter Haven, but in Bartow I came to love this place. The atmosphere is completely small town, family-oriented and professional. The chicken is excellent, the service is always friendly and the price is great.
This is one of the best chicken restaurants in Bartow, which I have been here since I was a little child with my brother and sister and mother she was all loved by the food I recommend this establishment
I would give it 5 stars if the prices were a bit more reasonable I understand inflation but it’s a bit much. Other than price I would definitely recommend.
