Things escalated when he came outside to my car and spoke to me in an aggressive manner. I requested to speak with someone else, but he firmly stated that he was the manager and didn't care whether I decided to order or file a complaint. He seemed proud of his behavior and even suggested that I should report him to other locations. I found this treatment completely unacceptable—no one wants to be treated poorly when they're just trying to enjoy their meal. I certainly did not expect to be treated like this here. It almost felt like he thought working the drive-thru was beneath him.
