We were told by our Airbnb host that the food here was unique to the village. Well, unique is right and for those not that comfortable with organ meats like livers and stomach you might want to look elsewhere. We did have calamari- quite greasy- and croquettes, some pork, and a rather bland potato salad but the wine was good and they seemed to have a good selection of wine and beers. We didn't love it but all in all it wasn't bad. There's no menu so you have to ask what's available or just start asking questions and pointing at the food behind the glass. Definitely different and I guess we were just a bit squeamish at all the organ meats and octopus selection.

making cyclist route we deviate to merendar and to try the famous caps of cas toni cotxer of sa popbla. We order a variety, a mallorquin frit, with its liver well spiced and very tasty, and some no less excellent potatoes at its point, the most classic of the group requested a pa amb oli and cheese, toasted, with black olives. back

Años y años de tradición y servicio en el mundo de la restauración avalan la tasca y el comer de Cas Cotxer . Además de comer y cenar variados se puede tomar también un vermut por la mañana. Se puede degustar sepia con cebolla, lomo con setas, ensalada rusa, calamares, croquetas.... ¡os encantará!

On a side street to the main square, location wise it is not the best, but the kindness in attention and quality of food makes up for it. We had breakfast, with the traditional callos and sobrasada and it was all really good. Probably the best in town. A place we will return to, no question. Book a table now
