I placed an order around 4.20 pm, 20 minutes after they opened. Unfortunately, somehow 2 out of the 2 items I ordered were unavailable, so I wasn't able to have what I initially ordered. I was told I'd get a refund for one of the items, we'll see if/when this happens. The food was barely warm-ish when it arrived, it was very greasy and oily and tasted and smelled like old, used cooking oil(bear in mind I placed my order 20 mins after they opened). Very disappointed, and kinda confused because I thought it'd be pretty good based on the reviews.
Had a chipper tonight, two meals. The woman behind the counter used her hand to pick up fish and fritters for the orders. I thought this unhygienic. I will not eat here again. Not just that, it was greasy. I'll be on the lookout for somewhere else. Not recommended.
service always excellent, a little delay, but talked to the manager who informed me how busy they were and order came with a large bottle juice as an excuse for my waiting period. excellent eating will be back:
simply had beautiful fish dinner delivered crispy teig fish, piping hot, would definitely order from tony again, very delicious.
