In the middle of a long drive, I ended up pulled over on the highway in CT with a flat tire. I call the closest hotel, which was luckily the JHouse Greenwich, and Chris assures me he will help me out when I get there. Just like he told me, it’s right off the highway and somehow get my car there within 6 minutes. When I get there super frazzled, both Chris and Manny (who was training for the night shift but is already a pro I made the joke I’m giving him good training : were so helpful, kind, and put me right at ease in the middle of a stressful situation. My partner and I took a quick weekend away in Greenwich for the easy access to NYC and chose this boutique hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with pure hospitality, friendly faces and bubbles Coming from the hotel business we can be particular, and we knew instantly we were in the right place. Attention to detail throughout the room and property for cleanliness was immaculate. The Spa was amazing, it's clear they have very skilled professionals there as well as the restaurant. Joe, our server at Tony's was knowledgable, attentive and provided us with some good banter. I can't say enough great things about our entire 3 night stay here. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyon...
The hotel room was decent, but it was quite expensive due to the busy season. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was very disappointing and has left a bad impression. My 6-year-old daughter accidentally left her beloved stuffed animal in the room—a toy she has had since she was a baby. We called just a few hours after checking out and have followed up four times since then, but we haven't received any response. The staff members we've spoken to haven't been willing to help us. I expected far better service from a hotel that costs over $400 a night.

Nice hotel with modern amenities. Very clean as well and a welcoming staff. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. For spending about $400 for a night (after taxes fees), it was very underwhelming. Stale granola, selection of small pastries... would think they would have provided a little more for the price of the room. Otherwise, would recommend! Service: 3
We had a wonderful mother-daughter weekend at this hotel. It has a lovely modern atmosphere, and the technology features are impressive. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We were really pleased with our stay and will definitely return. Rating: Rooms: 5, Service: 5.
