Donuts are good, service is trash. I have been twice in the past 2 weeks and the service is bad. At best it’s basic, and when it’s not basic it is poor. I had never been before and was curious, so I went the first time 2 weeks ago. I went inside and the guy at the counter kept looking at his co-worker as if they were having a secret conversation. I went again yesterday and I had to request acknowledgment at the drive thru. I think the owner was present because I saw her through the drive thru window. Good customer service and food. A tad slow, but gotta take off one star for the Christian rock that always seems to be playing. Please keep religion out of my breakfast. The drive thru line often prevents people from backing out of parking spaces. -Headphones are the #1 cause of hearing loss. -It is folly for a man to pray to a God for that which he has the power to obtain by himself, but I hope you're Christian enough to forgive me for pointing that out. -You're welcome for the amended review, but it's also folly to expect me to return the rest of the stars or to your establishment.
Today was my first visit to this donut shop, and I have to say, I am really disappointed. I don't think I'll be returning. I tried a glazed twist and a caramel long john, but I've never seen white caramel on a donut before. Unfortunately, both donuts were dry and tough. I feel like I wasted my money. This was just terrible! I'm going back to Old Town for some fresh donuts instead.
The cashier was rude and rushed us even though we had just arrived and had never been there before. We wanted to take a moment to read the menu. When we finally received our order, it was dry. We were just hoping to try something new. Regardless, we plan to return to the Donut Cubard.

I absolutely love their donuts! The staff is friendly, and they offer a fantastic breakfast and lunch menu. They also have a drive-thru option in addition to dining in and takeout. My favorite part is the frozen drinks, which come in a variety of flavors.
