This place is a bit of a hole in a wall kind of place that we accidentally encountered and decided to give it a try. Had it not been for the LONG wait almost 30 mins to get our food I would have rated this a 4, but it is a solid 3. The food tasted good but our fries were cold!!! Although the strips were hot… and I would rather have it that way, than the other way round. You could eat in but seemed like most patrons order food and wait in their car and come back to collect it. It was a one time stop for us, don’t think I will come back to this and recommend calling ahead of you want to try it out.
I thought I would be writing a good review being my 4th time eating here and the fact I recommended this place to 2 people. but this last visit was a let down. I ordered 6 whole wings and paid extra almost 20$ for the plate and I got 5 and a half party wings with only one side of fries. I'm not sure if they thought I wouldn't notice the size difference after ordering the same order 4 times. I rather they have told me they were out of whole wings rather than sub them for party wings and loose 3 customers....man public service is getting worse.
I was.very disappointed in the foods, my order of fish dinners was very unacceptable,unable to eat,due to over fried/cooked. The employee was non-compliance,showing no respect or regard toward their customers . I'm so disgusted and disappointed in the lack of customer services professional skill shown in handling and resolving this complaint with their customes. I don't feel that any customers, mistreated, and customers hospitality isn't a priority, should continue patronizing that business or establishment.
The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. I attempted to call in my order, but had to repeat it three times because the woman taking my order was distracted, chatting with someone about hair or something unrelated. She told me my food would be ready in 25 minutes, but when I arrived, she apologized for not having placed my order at all. As a result, I had to wait an additional 25 to 30 minutes. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

The food and customer service are always great when I order here. Although the food is good, it was great when Tony, his mother, or his wife cooked it themselves. You can tell when there's a different cook, if you've been eating somewhere for a while. I miss the old building by the library. Still, the food is good ??
I love the pan trout fish the portion is amazing. I try to go there once when visiting Jackson. They only complaint is the stuff in dining room need to find a better space. Its like a open storage in the middle of the restaurant.

Everything that I tried was delicious ?. I tried the whole fried catfish, philly fries minus the meat, and fried pickles. I definitely will be back and suggested all my coworkers to go try it out.
