I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza and was informed that it would arrive between 5 PM and 5:30 PM. However, by 6 PM, my order had still not arrived. After calling the restaurant, they assured me that my order was on its way, so I waited until 7 PM, but there was still no sign of my food. When I called again, I encountered a rude response regarding the busy drivers. By 8 PM, I was told there was no record of my order. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
The pizza at Tony’s Pizzeria was decent, though one slice arrived folded over in the box, showing a quality control issue. When I mentioned it to the staff, they quickly made me a replacement. Since then, I've been back twice more. On one visit, I received the wrong sandwich and had to return to get it corrected. Most recently, they completely got my pizza toppings wrong. The woman who answers the phone is friendly and does her best to fix errors, but it seems the kitchen staff lack attention to detail.
The waitress noted down the wrong toppings for our pizza, and when my girlfriend went back to address the issue, the cook (or owner) in the kitchen gave her some attitude and spoke back to her. While the pizza was decent, I cannot recommend this place at all given the disrespectful attitude we experienced from the staff, especially considering we spent $50 on two salads and a pizza. If the staff can't hear the orders correctly, they might want to consider removing the stale garlic knots from their ears.
The wings at Tony's Pizzeria are excellent, and I really enjoyed the homemade pizza sauce. However, the service was a bit slow, and the kitchen staff came across as loud and rude. On the bright side, the waitress was outstanding. Unfortunately, I faced long wait times during two of my three visits, which was frustrating. The pizza was tasty overall, but the canned mushrooms topping didn’t pair well with the great flavors of the pizza.

The wings are incredibly crispy and the sweet chili sauce is bursting with flavor. I really enjoyed the wings! The pizza was decent, with a crunchy crust but a soggy bottom, though it had plenty of toppings.
I just had a veal parmesan delivered to Shawnee, along with pasta and garlic knots, and I am extremely impressed!
My pepperoni pizza had only a sparse amount of pepperoni and was lacking in flavor.
No one was wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
