I called Toppings to express my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would speak to a manager this week. After hanging up, I received a follow-up call from them. The staff member asked if I had just called and explained that they were very busy discussing a previous power outage. However, the driver had already told me that they didn’t appear busy and were just standing around talking. Additionally, the caller insisted that the tea was meant to taste bitter, which my daughter would never have ordered if that were the case. I stopped in at this Toppings for the first time since I have never had it. I live in Middletown and we only have a Sweet Frog so I was eager to try Toppings. I was so excited I stopped in because it was amazing!! They had a variety of flavors, I got cookie dough and triple chocolate which we so full of flavor I was very impressed. Toppings bar was full of fresh toppings and very clean. Needless to say I will be driving here when I want a sweet treat!
They serve the best frozen yogurt, along with a wide selection of other treats. The bubble teas and açaí bowls are particularly delicious and are my personal favorites. The staff is always polite and a joy to chat with. I will definitely be recommending Toppings to my friends and family and plan to visit more often.
I gave it a shot. I had a banana milk tea with tapioca and a pineapple fruit tea with Boba. Unfortunately, neither drink had a noticeable tea flavor, and the Boba was somewhat lacking in taste. However, the drinks were still quite enjoyable overall. I would come back to give the frozen yogurt a try. Book a table now
I’ve ordered toppings through DoorDash before without any problems, but this time I was disappointed. The portion sizes were quite small, and the frozen yogurt arrived melted. I understand that it’s being delivered, but it was almost like receiving soup instead of frozen yogurt.
The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They were incredibly kind to my 7-year-old when we tried the Boba tea. It has some of the best toppings in the area.
Toppings was great. The frozen yogurt was delicious and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back again.
