I highly recommend having lunch at Ozzie’s before stopping by Topsy’s Treats to round off your meal. This establishment makes its ice cream on-site using local creamery ingredients. They feature nine rotating flavors of hard scoop ice cream, along with soft serve options—complete with the possibility of adding a flavor burst! This place is truly charming, offering a wonderful atmosphere and delicious flavors. They have a well-curated selection of about a dozen hard ice cream flavors and usually have soft serve as well, though it wasn't available during my visit. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They let us choose two flavors in a small cup, and sprinkles were complimentary! While it may seem like a small touch, it left a wonderfully generous impression.
I'm happy to see this place open again! They serve both hard and soft serve ice cream in various cone options, including waffle, sugar, and plain. Although the flavor selection isn't extensive, they offer around ten choices along with toppings to create some good variety. The hard ice cream is quite good, but I personally prefer a higher milk fat content. I didn't try the soft serve, so I can't comment on how it compares to other local options.
We've passed by this place many times without seeing it open, but today we finally struck gold. After a long hike on a hot and humid day, stumbling upon this ice cream paradise felt like a lifesaver. They serve both hard ice cream and soft serve in a variety of flavors. The staff was friendly, and there's air-conditioned seating inside. This is definitely a must-visit spot in the hill towns!

This places is so yummy. I’ve never had such a delicious desert in my entire life. Nut free or not this place is heaven. My kid love this place, I have a good 12 children.
