Casa Linda Plaza, Dallas: I had lunch here at noon and it was busy but there were plenty of tables open. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and wearing masks. It was very interesting inside too. Lots of things to look at and different places to sit. Most of the walls were garage doors which could be opened when it 's cooler in the evening. I want to come back for that! I ordered at the counter. I told the cashier I had not been here before and she was kind enough to explain how it works and reccomended the 'award winning chips and queso '. What a great way to enjoy a beautiful day in the City of Dallas. There is something to be said about having a margarita, chips and salsa before feasting on Brush Fire tacos. The Diablo sauce that was served with the tacos made me a believer! Never underestimate anything with the word Diablo...especially at a Mexican restaurant. Maybe I should have tested the sauce before pouring it on the tacos...rookie mistake. Lucky for me there was plenty of frozen margaritas available to quench the fire in my mouth. I'm sure there are plenty of options on their vast menu for all.
I'm not a fan of the tipping situation here. They take your order before you even sit down, don’t refill your drinks, and aren’t expected to clear the table, so I don't see the point in tipping. The food was tasty, but you'll need to order at least two items to feel satisfied, unless one taco is enough for you. One staff member did take away our empty plates, and there was a drink machine available for refills, so I suppose we can’t expect too much in terms of service. That raises the question: why is there even an option to tip?
The food was fantastic, as always, and the service was quick. Johnathan was spot on; I mentioned that it had been a year since my last visit to Torchy's and tried to recall my favorite items from the secret menu. He immediately called them out for me. I absolutely love the Matador and the Hillbilly style Trailer Park tacos. Johnathan consistently checked in to ensure that everything was just as great as I remembered. This is exactly why I rave about Torchy's wherever I go, and I always make a point to return whenever I'm in town.

The food was excellent, and the staff as well as the service were fantastic. We didn’t have to wait long, and even though the line behind us got considerably longer, our food arrived fairly quickly. I’ve been to two other Torchys Tacos locations before, so I had a certain expectation for the quality of service, taste, and overall experience. This location met all those expectations. I absolutely loved it!
I can't praise this restaurant enough! The customer service is hands down the best I’ve experienced in years! And the food is absolutely incredible! The queso is the best I've ever had—I could honestly drink it! I'm so excited to try everything on the menu. We've only been in Texas for four days, and we've already been here twice!
I love this place. After a particularly rough week sometimes I like to swing by here on my way home from work and pick up a batch of their fried cookie dough. It 's definitely addictive. And the people here are always really nice and also quick! And their tacos really are damn good. I especially enjoyed the 'trailer park '.
Torchy’s food is consistently fantastic. However, the customer service at this location truly stands out. A big thank you to the entire Casa Linda team for providing an upscale dining experience in a fast casual setting.

Busy during lunch. Ok hospitality, food wasn’t the best I have had from this franchise. Spacious and lots of seating inside and out.
LaLa was amazing today! She provided excellent customer service to me and my uncle! She was the best. We will definitely return!
