The restaurant staff are unwelcoming and lack hospitality training. They did not inform us that we had to order at the bar or use a QR code, which was inconveniently hidden behind condiments. The atmosphere could be better if the staff were friendlier. The beer was short measured and the food portions were stingy, not providing good value for money. The Miami Brunch was tasty and a better option.
We stopped by on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. We opted for a late breakfast/brunch. Our granddaughters enjoyed the coloring/quiz sheets and crayons, and were even more delighted with the tuna melt, chips, and milkshake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
The food was really delicious, they have a big selection and also many vegan/gluten free options. I definitely can recommend their lemonades. There is not really a personal service, you have to order online and also can't pay in cash unfortunately.
A tad expensive for what we had. Mind you, our sandwich and bap were tasty. Still, hospitality must make a profit. Quite loud music all the time, which totally spoilt the experience. If places must have music, please make it BACKGROUND music. Book a table now
Fantastic food and service. Very happy, fast, and energetic service with a smile. The maple barbecue sauce and brisket were fantastic. I'll definitely be returning to try the Tapas menu too!
Accidentally stumbled into another one of these places (last one was Abingdon) Over the moon amazing service, amazing food, amazing value! 5*
Great atmosphere and the staff were very nice. The food was just ok, nothing special. The tapas board was very small for a main meal

"Visited for lunch today after a tour of Hook Norton Brewery food was excellent and lovely friendly service. We were celebrating a friends 60th and they kindly decorated a plate with chocolate Happy Birthday and put a candle in his dessert. Would highly recommend!"
