Based on that experience, I'd avoid their mocktails in future. Not worth the £3+ gamble. Service was also very good. I noticed all the members of staff were very young, however all of them very well mannered and polite. The atmosphere was very cramped in my opinion. This once well managed steakhouse over the years has lost it’s way on so many fronts. The state of restaurant is now decrepit, the customer service is non existent, the quality of the food is tasteless and by the time you get home, your attire stinks of smokey aromas that just leaves a nasty stench. Awful and frightening experience at this restaurant. The owner accused us of walking out without paying, even waiting for us by our car and stopping us from leaving. We were a family of 5 and had to call the police. Luckily, we had our receipt to prove we had paid, showing that the owner was dishonest about the CCTV footage. Once he saw the receipt, he apologized twice for mistakenly taking money from us for someone else's bill and for intimidating our family. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and well-organized, with pleasant decorations and lighting. We ordered the surf and turf, expecting grilled prawns and a nice steak. Our food arrived only 3 minutes after ordering, which made us suspicious of when it was made. Unfortunately, the steak turned out to be more like burger patties put together to resemble a steak, and the prawns were covered in a spicy sauce that overpowered their flavor (and was not mentioned on the menu). The chips were frozen and the vegetable medley looked like a pre-packaged bag of veggies from the supermarket. The overall quality was terrible and did not justify the £27 we paid. We will not be returning.

Main title I went with a group of 9 people. Service was very fast. Food presentation was excellent and very tasty. Each order was done with your name, so it was easier not to mess the orders up. Atmosphere was good. Some items that were on the website were not available at the restaurant, like the burgers, which were takeaway orders only. If you do go to the Harrow branch, they only take cash, no cards.
We visit Toros in Luton quite regularly and are always welcomed with great service and food. The food is 10/10 arrives very quickly. Service is amazing staff is welcoming and very friendly.
I found the food is alot better if it is not very busy..But we was a group of 14 people and we all loved it...I recommend Toros special medium rare...
Steak wasn't medium well. Decor was very worn. I was surprised they refused us tap water. A bit ridiculous. Service was okay... the portions were big!
