The other employees at the bakery, in contrast, were friendly and accommodating, even recognizing that I often buy sweets for my job. I believe I should be able to choose the cakes and donuts I want, regardless of whether they are the same or slightly different. During my visit, instead of helping me, the unfriendly employee waited for another staff member to assist me first, which felt very unwelcoming. It's disappointing to see an employee with such a negative attitude, especially since I am a loyal customer who frequents the bakery multiple times a week. On August 17, 2024, around 4 PM, my fiancé and I were simply ignored while he assisted other customers instead. The other ladies working there noticed his behavior but didn't say anything; they were kind and helpful to others, which made the situation even more awkward. We left feeling upset and embarrassed, as we had only intended to order a wedding cake. I hope you can address this issue with him, as it was disheartening to be treated this way.

I absolutely love their chocolate chews, maple pecan cookies, and cinnamon raisin rolls. The chocolate chews are always a hit wherever I take them. My friends often ask me, "Where did you get these cookies?" and my answer is always, "At Torrance Bakery!"
