On 6/16/2024 we were at the Tortas Locas restaurant, check No #23 table 9, the food was very good and the service was not bad, the payment was made and they told us about buying a raffle to help a colleague who was sick and had no resources, some numbers were bought. We live an hour away from this restaurant and when we got home and checked the bill we found that they had charged us for an extra cake and juice. Now I understand why when I tried to check the bill the Manager and cashier caught my attention and I didn't get the chance. to review it. Bad service, 1 hour trip and the tacos were cold, they had no flavor : and the bad thing is that they automatically charge 20% when they don't even ask you if everything was okay, they only passed it on the phone, they said that on the menu it has what 5 people charge 20%. Didn't I know that children are also counted as adults? That's wrong because the menu they gave us didn't say anything about that.
The food is very delicious and the portions are large. Nice people. I didn't rate it 5 stars because I ordered a large horchata and it seemed very expensive to pay 8 dollars for it. At least they would have warned me... I recommend this place but don't order large horchata. It's stupid.

Food is delicious and the service was great ..my only but was the 20% added automatically to my total which I understand it's because we were a party of 6 but our server didn't told us about it and it was supposed to be 18% not 20%.
I found the restaurant's theme intriguing, and the food was absolutely delicious. We were served very quickly, and the customer service was outstanding. The waitress was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place!
To eat a Torta Loka you have to come without breakfast. The excellent food (5 stars for the cook) and the customer service (5 stars apart only for her who earned it)... 100% recommended!!!
