Wanted to take a friend for her birthday. When we got there I told the person that sat us it was my friends birthday and pointed them out, to surprise her at dessert with a special dessert, First waited a good while for our Margaritas, which were watered down and not tasty at all ! Before we finished our appetizers, our main dishes were put on the table rushed. How can one enjoy the setting and atmosphere, when you are not offered another drink and not allowed to finish your appetizers. The dinner was tasteless, and the rice was cold. Had to leave before sitting. I hope I can get a better reception in a future visit. I had to change my rating to 4. A place to answer customers, including Google. Everyone deserves a second opportunity, and I'm sure I'll have a great experience next time. Four-star rating? I must confess it smells like a homemade tortilla when I arrived. The plates served on some of the tables looked amazing. Definitely it will try again.
Great food, fantastic service, especially Big E our server. Prices were comparable for the food served. Only complaint I had was I was supposed to get a free appetizer because I reserved my table online. I failed to take a copy of my reservation confirmation, and apparently it was nothing registered electronically on my reservation because it was never offered to me. Other than that, it was a wonderful dining experience.
Our family travels in the area and Tortilla Rica was near where we were. My husband ordered the chickens, I ordered the taco salad, and my children had the beef tacos. We cleaned our plates! Amazing service and great food! The food came out very quickly. Very recommended!!

We stayed at Red Lion Hotel and went to this restaurant. Was absolutely delicious. The Sangria was wonderful. The beer is so cold that it hurts your teeth. The only way to drink beer. Food and service were the best. Our server was charming thanks.
Hour to get served. New waiter without guidance. Hour to get bills. Then unable to split checks even tho we requested separate ones. Terrible. Will never return. Management not involved and obviously does not care.
Rude manager, very bad experience. For sure won’t be coming back and would NEVER recommend to a friend. I would tell them to go to Taco Bell that’s down the street over your restaurant
