There were 4 of us, we requested our food on the counter and paid. When the food is ready they call your number. They sell Sodas, and mexican watters such as, Horchata and others. They have water bottles as well as any other srinks. No alcoholicdrinks. The lengua beef tongue tacos were delicious served with cilantro anion and your choice of salsa. You can ask forsalsa on the side. The Nachos were big , the 4 of us enjoyed them .they were delicious but this were nachos without cheese never before this was a first. Lots of beans ans meat among the guacamole and cream but no cheese. The place was clean andthe service very good. They deliver and do curve pickup.
The young female cashier is very rude. Bad attitude. I recently went there. They always call the order while you wait so I figured I’d sit so I don’t block where people order their food. There were a few people who came in after me, sat down, and got their food before I did. I got up and my order was there. They were calling everyone else’s order. She just ignored me and I asked her if she provided the sauces I requested and she said yes. When I got home, there were no sauces, or napkins. She’s been rude every time I went by there. But definitely never going there again. Not a good place to go
First off they customer service sucks , Secondly I ordered 3 carne asada tacos and the meat was not carne Asada it had no type of flavor or seasoning and the meat was tuff . The green salsa was watery and don’t taste right I would Never eat there again first time and the last Would not recommend this place at all. When I walked IN I should of walked back out just on how the place looks . Never again !!!!
Been here less than a handful of times because of the distance I'm pregnant decide to take the trip. I wanted to use the restroom before getting back on the road. I've used the bathroom before i was told they don't have a restroom. Big NO! Won't be returning. Food was mediocre i think my first time when I came here was the best other than that its been whatever. Service is poor.

definitiw one of the better places in la to get tortas ahogadas. nothing compares with the in guadalajara, but tortuga bay meets every case. their tacos are also quite good and their carne en su jugo is also decent.
The best drowned tortas I've had in LA!! The fried potato and bean tacos are also delicious. I would also recommend the barbacoa tacos, I only had one but I wish I had 2 more.
